Cuong, having lost twice, is out of the tournament. We mark this by:
- putting a heavy line after Cuong's second round result
- crossing out his competitor number at the far left
- crossing out his placing square at the far right

By the way, this usually is done with a red pencil so that it's very clear
who's still in the tournament and who isn't.
