These pictures were taken in downtown San José on 31 October 1999.
While I was headed over to the Day of the Dead celebration, I saw the Knight-Ridder company putting up their signs on the 17th floor of a building. The pictures below show one sign already up (albeit from a weird angle) and another in the process of being set up.
