Various booths were set up, and you could sample their salsa and vote for your favorite. Here are some pictures of the booths. Note: the first three had strong backlight; I was able to use spot metering to get somewhat better pictures, but still had to do quite a bit of brightening in Photoshop. Here's "monster salsa" |
