As long as we're on the topic of food, here are the kinds of foods that make the Garlic Festival special:

Essentially this is soft-serve ice cream with garlic powder added. (I know this because I saw them making it once.) You may be saying "uch," but it is actually quite good. Garlic Ice Cream
