First Pictures with the Olympus D-400 Zoom

The power went out on Saturday evening, and I had to light some candles. I decided that this would make a great photo opportunity, so the following three photos are:

• lit candle, taken with flash
• lit candle, taken without flash
• candle blown out, taken with flash

I put my hand over the flash unit on the first picture so that I would get the timing of the flash without having it actually light up the scene. I had some problem with camera shake on the last one, but the smoke still looks pretty cool, if I say so myself.
