You should set the font to "Courier New" font in a very small size with very wide margins so that it all fits on a printable page. Your mileage may vary, and you may need to adjust the font size or margins.
Note: These files contain page breaks between each weight class. WordPad ©®TM in Windows 95 ©®TM seems to eliminate these page breaks.
