The Second Amendment

Since the World Wide Web is exactly that - world-wide, there may be readers from outside the United States of America who are not familiar with the words "second amendment."

This refers to the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. It reads as follows:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
You cannot believe how much argument and discussion there has been over every word and comma in that sentence.
